Not happy

I absolutely loved the scent..but about 1/2 inch down the smell changed and the candle turned drown color. Not Happy

Love the scent

This is a fabulous scent and has a great throw. I was very excited about ordering a backup. I ordered the soy formula, but was sent the Paraffin candle. Have sent multiple emails to customer service without a response. So, great scent but customer service is not very responsive
