Everything you need to know about caring for and enjoying your Kringle candle.
Are Kringle candles non-toxic and safe to burn?
Yes — completely. Every Kringle candle is made with 100% soy wax: natural, biodegradable, and clean-burning. Our wicks are a natural cotton fiber blend and fully lead-free, and our fragrance oils are 100% natural and phthalate-free. Nothing in a Kringle jar shouldn’t be there.
Which candle size is right for my space?
A good rule of thumb: match the wick count to the room.
4-Wick — large, open-plan spaces, great rooms, and high-ceiling rooms where you want fragrance to fill every corner.
Large 2-Wick & 3-Wick — living rooms, bedrooms, and dining rooms; the everyday workhorse for most homes.
Mini Tins & DayLights — bathrooms, home offices, and smaller spaces; also perfect for sampling a new scent, gifting, or taking fragrance on the road.
What types of candles do you offer?
Kringle makes candles for every room, every season, and every preference. Our core line includes classic 3-Wick jars, 4-Wick jars and Mini Tins, plus specialty collections like Reserve and our seasonal limited releases. For flame-free spaces, we also offer wax melts and air fresheners.
Are Kringle candles safe for homes with pets?
We recommend the same precautions you’d use with any open flame around pets — keep candles out of reach, never leave a burning candle unattended, and ensure the room is ventilated. Our wax, wicks, and fragrance oils are all non-toxic and free of known irritants, but every pet is different. If you have specific concerns, your vet is the best resource.
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
Contact us and we’ll make it right — simple as that. Reach out through our Contact Us page or to customerservice@kringlecandle.com with your order number and a photo of the damage and we’ll get a replacement out to you.
