Do my points expire?
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Do my rewards expire?
Rewards will not expire after the rewards are activated in the account.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
When do I get my birthday gift?
On your birthday! The only instance where birthday points will be delayed is if your birthday is entered within 30 days from the day you entered it, in which case you'll receive them the following year.
I forgot to use my points at checkout, can I apply them retroactively?
No, unfortunately points cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
