How to Maximize Candle Longevity and Fragrance Throw

Follow these Key Tips for Proper Candle Care and maximize longevity:

Trim your wicks — Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive smoking, uneven burning, soot, wasted wax, and too much flickering, which can affect scent throw.

Preventing Tunneling — Always let the wax fully melt to the edges across the top layer during each burn and every burn before extinguishing the flame. Doing so will prevent tunneling, which wastes wax and reduces the scent throw. 

Candle Placement for Best Scent Diffusion — Place candles in a central, well-ventilated area and away from open windows or fans (draft-free) to allow fragrance to disperse evenly.

Storing Candles Correctly to Retain Fragrance — Store candles in cool, dark places with lids on when not in use to protect against dust and scent loss, ensuring long-lasting fragrance. Direct sunlight and heat can cause the scent to deteriorate and the wax to discolor.
